James is a Senior Associate in the corporate team at Herbert Smith Freehills. James’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raisings, joint ventures and other business structures, and general commercial and contracting work. Through Herbert Smith Freehills’ pro bono program, James has provided advice to a number of not-for-profit organisations in relation to their structures, constitutions and ongoing operations.
