Jack is the Leader of Mills Oakley’s National
Taxation and Complex Estates Team. Jack has helped executives,
commercial and business clients achieve their goals for over
30 years. He has helped in the ´front end structuring’ of many
major commercial transactions. Further, Jack and his team have
extensive experience in negotiating with senior department heads
of the Australian Taxation Office and state revenue offices with both
´front and back end’ issues to achieve optimum results for clients,
whether arising from private ruling applications in a non-contentious
setting or through the objections process, litigation or dispute
resolution in other matters such as Project Wickenby.
