Howard is the Director, Self-Managed Super at the ATO
and along with his fellow directors oversees the administration and
regulation of SMSFs. He manages SMSF auditor compliance
monitoring and the requisite liaison with ASIC. Other responsibilities
include SMSF risk management including the recent SMSF
penalties regime project.
