Greg is a taxation lawyer based in Sydney and is the Head of the National Taxation Group in Australia. Greg specialises in taxation law. He advises clients across the corporate, financial, property and government sectors in relation to income tax, GST, stamp duty, and other state taxes.
He advises public and private companies, investment funds, foreign corporations and banks in respect of the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructures, property and infrastructure projects, financing and leasing arrangements, international taxation, managed investment schemes and other collective investment vehicles, as well as the establishment of new businesses in Australia.
