Greg is a Partner at Ernst & Young, specialising in International and Corporate Taxation. He has a wide range of experience including major due diligence investigation work, projects relating to the winding up of major corporate groups, major capital raisings by corporate groups, assistance to clients in respect of large case tax audits, advisory roles on the structuring of major mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and tax compliance roles generally.
