Graeme is a Senior Policy Specialist for the State Revenue Office Victoria Graeme has a commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. He has worked in a range of administrative and policy positions in various Government Departments, including the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Law Department and Public Works Department, prior to joining the then Stamp Duties Office in 1988. He has worked in various management and team leader roles within the State Revenue Office, including a period as Manager of the Land Tax Branch. As a team leader in the Policy and Legislation Branch, he is responsible for Land Tax, Pay-roll Tax and First Home Owner Grant issues.
