Frances is a lawyer in the Equity and Private Client Group. She practices in all areas of estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Frances’ particular focus is advising private clients in relation to the litigious aspects of deceased estate and techniques in managing the risk of litigation against deceased estates during the estate planning process.
