Fletcher is a Director with PwC in their Private Clients team. Fletcher's key focus areas are providing tax advice to privately owned businesses, particularly in respect of transactional matters such as private equity investments, trade sales and Initial Public Offerings. Fletcher's experience also includes undertaking group restructures, due diligence engagements and managing ATO reviews and dispute resolutions.
