Elliott is Tax Counsel at QIC. He has over 10 years corporate tax experience and has recently joined QIC from EY where he was a Senior Manager in EY’s Transaction Tax practice. During his professional career, Elliott has advised on numerous transactions, including domestic and international restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments. Elliott is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, Chartered Accountant and admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland.
