Dominic has over 12 years' experience as a tax consulting professional specialising in corporate and international taxation in both mid-tier and Big 4 accounting firms. Dominic specializes in M&A tax, Asia outbound and inbound transactions and investments. In 2011, Dominic spent 12 months in New York where he advised US multinationals on the Australian tax consequences of setting up, acquiring, selling or restructuring their Australian business.
