Deanna Riebolge is an Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Property group and assists clients with a variety of matters arising from owning, managing, leasing acquiring and selling their agricultural land. Deanna has expertise in reviewing, advising clients on and negotiating the commercial aspects of carbon farming agreements in light of the legislative framework under the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 (Cth) and its related rules and regulations. Deanna also advises clients on retail and commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals of real property, and largescale developments. Having grown up in the Barossa Valley, she is particularly interested in agricultural transactions.
