Dayne is a Partner in HWL Ebsworth's Hobart Office, overseeing the Commercial and Real Estate & Projects team. He advises in business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. This includes associated property transactions, and duty, tax and estate planning issues. He has a particular focus in drafting contracts and deeds. Dayne is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Notary Public, and a longstanding member of the Tax Institute.
