David joined the IGoT of Taxation in December 2003 as a senior advisor and has conducted a number of the IGoT's reviews, including the recent so-called 'u-turns' review.
Prior to joining the IGoT, David worked as a Principal Research Officer in the Senate Economics Committee. He also has gained 7 years experience in various roles at the ATO, including 4 years in the ATO Solicitor function providing advice to the ATO on various tax administration issues.
