David Lynch is Head of Policy and Markets with the Australian
Financial Markets Association, which represents institutional
banks and participants in Australia’s financial markets. David
manages a team of highly-regarded policy executives and is the
author of numerous submissions to government over the last 15
years. David’s work involves ongoing liaison with government
agencies, including the ATO and the Commonwealth Treasury.
