Danielle Donovan, ATI, is a Partner
in Financial Services at EY and leads
the Financial Services Transfer Pricing
(TP) practice across Oceania. Danielle
has worked in TP for over 18 years
in a number of countries, including
Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UK
and Denmark. She regularly advises
clients in banking, insurance and asset
management across all areas of TP. She
has successfully led TP negotiations
with seven tax authorities across the
Asia-Pacific region, including Australia,
Japan, China and India. Danielle was the
founding chair of the TP Capital Markets
Tax Committee (CMTC) in Hong Kong
and led the Asia-Pacific TP function for
a European investment bank.
