Cristina is the General Manager Taxation at Transurban, a triple stapled infrastructure group with operations in Australia and North America. Cristina has over 25 years’ experience in corporate and international taxation and is in charge of Transurban’s tax matters globally. She leads a team of senior tax professionals and has managed the structuring of Transurban’s various domestic and international acquisitions, capital raisings and divestments. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has completed a Master of Taxation at the University of Melbourne and a Senior Executive MBA with the Melbourne Business School. Prior to joining Transurban, she was a senior manager with PwC advising multinationals in Australia and in Brazil. Cristina is a member of The Tax Institute Victorian State Council.
