Craig is the lead tax partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Brisbane. He has been responsible for devising innovative organisational structures and has extensive experience advising Australian companies on structuring issues. Craig has also been directly involved in providing tax services over many years to a variety of venture capital funds. He has been responsible for devising innovative structures for those funds and start-up companies, advising on structuring, international corporate migration and technology. Craig is an Authorised Representative of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities Limited, providing tax expert opinions for inclusion in offer documents.
