Claire is a solicitor in the Estate Planning team within the Private Clients group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Claire has worked exclusively in Estate Planning for the past 2 years and has specialised skills in this area including bespoke Wills establishing testamentary trusts, succession strategies for non-estate assets, Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian, superannuation death benefit nominations, applications for probate and letters of administration, estate administration and asset protection strategies. Claire has a special interest in estate planning for families with carer responsibilities. Claire has a practising certificate from the NSW Law Society and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Juris Doctor.
