Chris Vanderkley, CTA, leads PwC’s Tax Governance & Transparency Practice. He has assisted more that 150 of the firm’s clients in implementing their tax governance framework and supported them with their ATO Top 1000 Streamlined/Combined Assurance Reviews and their Top 100 Pre Compliance Reviews. Chris has 35 years’ experience as a tax professional. Chris was the former Director of Tax at GE and acted as public officer of all of GE’s GE entities. Chris was also the country CFO at GE and chaired most of GE’s Boards.
