Chris is a Senior Associate at Greenwoods & Herbert Smith Freehills and has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of income tax matters, including taxation of trusts particularly as it relates to the MIT and AMIT regimes; capital gains tax; and international tax matters. Chris’ practice focusses on clients within the property construction and development and property funds management industries. He is also a key member of the firm’s Private Wealth group, which advises many of the country’s most successful private groups and emerging entrepreneurial businesses.
