Cheryl-Lea Field

 
Cheryl-Lea is the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation responsible for tax practitioner engagement and compliance, the cash economy and lodgement risks across the tax and superannuation systems. Cheryl-Lea has over 30 year’s experience in the ATO which includes extensive technical, managerial, compliance and design leadership roles. Cheryl-Lea has contributed to major tax reforms, lead service and compliance activities nationally, worked across State and Commonwealth government regimes to create whole of citizen solutions and worked internationally with the World Bank. Cheryl-Lea holds degrees in Accounting and Law, has a Diploma in Superannuation Management and is a fellow of CPA Australia.
