Brett works in the ACT Revenue Office and is the Manager of the Policy, Legislation and Objections section. Brett has worked in different areas within the ACT Revenue Office over a number of years and in 2011 was instrumental in the rewrite of the ACT Payroll Tax Act to harmonise with other jurisdictions. Brett's main areas of responsibility include development and administration of taxation policy; creating and amending taxation legislation; considering taxation related objections to assessments; and providing assistance in taxation matters that go to appeal.
