Ben Middleton, FTI, is an Assistant Commissioner in PG&I Engagement and Assurance at the Australian Taxation Office. He is responsible for a number of teams delivering PG&I work programs. This includes, the Top 100 program, Advanced Pricing Agreements, next action reviews, as well as audit work. Ben commenced his role in PG&I in early 2022. Prior to joining PG&I, Ben spent a number of years across various parts of the ATO in compliance and law roles including in litigation, advice and guidance, objections and the Large Market Independent Review program.
