Austin Bull is a Principal at McInnes Wilson Lawyers. Austin specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution. He has been with McInnes Wilson lawyers for over 10 years and has a range of experience acting for and against the Commonwealth, the State of Queensland, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and businesses of all sizes. Austin regularly manages litigation in all levels of the Queensland and New South Wales State Courts, the Federal Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He is a technically adept and pragmatic litigator with experience in a broad array of disputes, including claims concerning taxation, company officers, land, personal property, contracts, trade practices, negligence, product liability, intellectual property and voidable transactions. Austin is a part of McInnes Wilson’s award-winning Disputes and Insolvency Team based in Brisbane.
