Andrew has been an Assistant Commissioner dealing with policy and legislation issues since September 1999. His main focus recently has been on developing the Tax Value Method legislation for the Board of Taxation. Andrew started in the Tax Office in 1989. Most of his time in tax has been spent in policy and legislation, but he has also worked in audit and interpretation areas.
