Ali is a Partner in the Tax Consulting group of Pitcher Partners and has over 20 years experience in advising corporate clients, specialising in tax consolidation, the research and development tax incentive, employee equity and incentive arrangements and corporate liquidations. Ali also has vast experience in advising on the taxation of trusts, especially on their interaction with corporate groups, as well as employment tax related matters including fringe benefits tax, PAYG withholding, superannuation guarantee and payroll taxes.
