Alastair is a Partner in the Corporate Tax practice at PwC, specialising in consumer and industrial products companies and on inbound and outbound investment between Australia and Asia. Alastair has over 17 years'
experience working in Australia and China with large Australian and international companies on corporate taxation issues, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, liquidations, tax consolidation, tax controversy, capital management and tax accounting related matter having advised extensively in each of these areas. He is a practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales holding degrees in both business and law.
