He has over 17 years experience in providing corporate tax advice to some of Australia's leading public and private companies across a broad range of industries. Alan specialises in providing tax advice to the property and resource industries and has also provided advice to the Victoria and Western Australian Governments on the privatisation of state owned enterprises. Alan has recently provided advice to a number of public and private companies on the practical issues which arise when a group decides to consolidate.
