- Adrian is a Partner in the Tax group at Minter Ellison. His key areas of expertise are tax and structuring advice for mergers, acquisitions, divestments and infrastructure funding and providing a variety of income tax advice for Australian and international clients, with a special interest in tax issues in the energy and resources sectors and inbound and outbound investment. Adrian’s experience also includes advising on various taxation administration and compliance issues.
